This is stormy Boulevard Bay. Overlooking downtown Portland, ME. The Boulevard Bay is a urban park hosting varieties coastal wildlife. This was the first storm of the 2008 winter, giving Maine it’s first taste of the winter season. Over a few hours an inch of fluffy super-size snowflakes blanketed the parks miles of walkway.
